By using this website, requesting a free trial or ordering a subscription, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Copyright Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to order a subscription. Adult content is available only on request to people of legal age in their country. You are responsible for making sure your use of the service is lawful where you are.
Subscriptions
A subscription gives you access to the Beast TV service for the plan length you choose (1, 3, 6, 12 months) and for the number of simultaneous connections you choose (1 to 5). A connection is one device streaming at a time. Current prices are shown on the pricing page.
The channels and content available depend on the countries you request and change over time. We don't guarantee that any specific channel, programme or event will be available.
Orders and activation
Submitting the order form is a request to buy, not a completed purchase. We confirm the details and payment options with you by email or WhatsApp. A subscription starts once payment is confirmed and your line is activated, and runs for the full plan length from activation. We may decline an order, for example if details are incomplete or we suspect fraud or abuse.
Payments
Prices are listed in USD. Payments are arranged manually with our team; this website does not collect card or bank details. Any fees charged by your payment provider or bank are your responsibility. Unless required by law or agreed with us in writing, payments for activated subscriptions are non-refundable — we offer a free trial so you can test the service first.
Renewals
Subscriptions do not renew or charge automatically. To continue, submit the order form with “Renew My Line” selected and your previous username. Renewals extend your existing line; you may choose a different plan length or connection count. Prices at renewal are the prices shown at that time.
Free trials
Free trials are offered at our discretion, generally one per person, household or device, so you can evaluate the service. We may limit, decline or end a trial, for example if we detect repeated or automated trial requests.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- share, resell, sublicense or publicly redistribute your login details or the service;
- exceed the number of simultaneous connections you paid for;
- record, rebroadcast, retransmit or publicly perform content from the service;
- interfere with, probe, overload or attempt to bypass security measures of the website or service;
- submit false information, use automated tools to submit forms, or impersonate another person; or
- use the service in any way that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.
Devices and account responsibility
You are responsible for your devices, internet connection, player apps and the confidentiality of your login details or registered MAC address. Activity under your line is treated as yours. Tell us promptly if you believe your details have been misused.
Service availability
We work to keep the service running smoothly, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any particular time or in any particular place. Streaming quality depends on factors outside our control, including your internet connection, device, app and local network. We may carry out maintenance or change the service when needed.
Third-party apps and services
Beast TV does not own or develop the player apps you may use with it. Those apps are provided by independent developers under their own terms; we are not responsible for their availability, features or changes. The same applies to messaging and chat services we use to talk with you.
Intellectual property
The Beast TV name, logo, website design and original text belong to Beast TV or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Other names and trademarks mentioned on this website belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility. Copyright concerns can be reported under our DMCA & Copyright Policy.
Support
Support is available by email, WhatsApp and live chat. We aim to help with setup on supported devices and apps and with questions about your subscription, but we can't guarantee a specific response time or resolve issues caused by third-party apps, devices or networks.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access, without refund, if you breach these Terms — including account sharing, exceeding your connections, fraud, abuse, or repeated valid copyright notices. You may stop using the service at any time; because nothing renews automatically, your access simply ends when your plan expires.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and service are provided “as is” and “as available”, and Beast TV is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription period in which the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under laws that cannot be excluded.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
